i'm not expected this, but Now We Are Free and Save the Euphoric are a really great TOTY contenders.

Not the biggest BH fan, when i want euphoric i’d rather listen to Atmozfears, Progressive Hardstyle, Jay Reeve, Solstice, Adrenalize, Wasted Penguinz etc nowadays, but seeing the positive reactions i’ll listen this album through when i have time soon

tbf I started this album with the mindset of knowing it's going to have the same kind of Brennan Heart tracks he (they? meaning the guys helping him) had done in the near past I got totally tired of and while it didn't seem to have changed, I have to say I enjoyed almost the whole album "Save Euphoric" as a name is a nice gesture although I never really identified him as a euphoric artist but anyway

Kaizen is the one I like the most and I listened to Better Day like 4 times this day so it's going to grow on me very soon I guess lol

Listened through it, the new tracks that I like the most are: Better Day, Save Euphoric (Theme), Don't Forget Me (A Song For Alie), Kaizen (A Tribute To 2009), We Are Alive and Euphoric Stutter. The rest is either already released or not my taste. All in all, better than I expected

01. Brennan Heart, Blademasterz & Timmy Trumpet - Now We Are Free absolutely lovely tune with great atmosphere. Just what I imagine under a 'Blademasterz' tune. A bit WTF at the Timmy Trumpet featuring tho, like cmon we all know all he contributed to this was his name so that it gets more exposure lol 9/10
02. Brennan Heart with Jonathan Mendelsohn - Better Day a decent poppy tune, this guy is one of the very few male singers in hardstyle scene i can somewhat tolerate. I do feel it's one of the more forgetable BH/JM collabs tho 6/10
03. Brennan Heart - Something New generic forgetable popstyle 1/10
04. Brennan Heart presents Blademasterz - Save Euphoric (Theme) said it before, will say it again, would be a decent tune if it wasn't such a blatant rip of Stardust. Thumbs up for the atmopshere and the gated kick in the first part though 7/10
05. Brennan Heart - Don't Forget Me (Song For Alie) same as track no 3 1/10
06. Brennan Heart ft. Max P - My Horizon 5/10
07. Brennan Heart & Jonathan Mendelsohn - Running Up That Hill honestly I was expecting I will dislike this a lot as i'm sick to the stomach of everyone remaking the original tune, but dayum, this turned out pretty great. Those 80s synthpop vibes work just so well in the tune 8/10
08. Brennan Heart - Kaizen (A Tribute To 2009) so a forgotten 15 years old tune remade in the 2024 loudness war sound design. I won't lie, I would heavily prefer this to have the old 2009 Midify kind of a mix, as I hold the apparently quite unpopular opinion that louder does not automatically equal better sounding, but yeah, it's better than not having it at all. The outro is absolutely sweet, mainpart is decent too I can so envision this on a vinyl with the grey logo sleeve and black insert hehe 8.5/10
09. Brennan Heart - Struggle For Pleasure always thought this one was a dj tool, pleasantly surprised to see it here 8/10
10. Brennan Heart presents Blademasterz & Mingue - Twinkle Twinkle Wake Up 2.0? cool tune 7/10
11. Brennan Heart & Clockartz - Sacrifice One Thing how is this one not a 'Blademasterz' tune? loooovely track. Possibly my fav one on the album. That gated kicks works so well in the second mainpart it makes me wonder why is this not the standard 10/10
12. Brennan Heart - Anybody Out There zzzzzzzzzz 1/10
13. Brennan Heart & Solstice - We Are Alive this was one of the tracks I was most curious about as Solstice can do amazing stuff, but this is just boring. Zero energy and that vocal just doesn't work 3/10
14. Brennan Heart & Toneshifterz - Find The Answer yet another generic popstyle tune completely interchangable with like 5 others on the album alone 1/10

I mean, this could be just titled 'Save The Popstyle' lol. But there are certainly some very decent tracks on the album. The Clockartz collab, the Blademasterz tunes, Kaizen, the Running Up The Hill remake. It's not going to end up being my fav BH album of all time, but it's def not worthless. I just wish there was a bit less of those identic sounding poppy tracks.
