Reasons to feel sad

First time in the gym after a month absence because of health reasons and my physical form went down the drain as if i was absent for 4 months. 15kg down from my usual bench press sets, 5kg down from dumbbell inclines, 20kg down from my deadlift. Fucking hell.

Sucks dude, I know the drill i've had periods with just 2 rest days a month and periods where I didn't train for months, and I fucked up so much potentional due to not being progressive enough with it and it always feels like such an unthankful sport / hobby after a break, taking ages to get back to old pr's / sets but also, getting the gains back again can be satisfying, and muscle memory is a good thing

Yea, fortunately bouncing back is usually way faster and easier than getting there initially. Couple weeks of patience usually does it. Its just demotivating as fuck haha

Scary shit that's happening in slovakia in the last couple of weeks. I wouldn't be surprised if the piece of shit motherfucker Fico led the country out of EU eventually. Been living outside of the country for like 7 years now but unfortunately i'm still a citizen of that god forsaken shithole. Most likely will begin the process of obtaining a polish citizenship and getting rid of the slovak one asap.
