i'd love to see this topic as some kind of "library" for producers of all different skill levels some day :)

there is a guy on youtube who shows about mixdown , mastering and stuff on cubase 6 http://www.youtube.com/user/FMNxMusic
But its only in german :+
but english ppl can still watch what he is doing and listen to the results :)
